The newest release from kitti is “down-low”

A song co-written with Matthew Hickman (brownbear) - expressing what it’s like to be in a frustrating “situationship” and being unsure of how things are going to play out between you and your significant other, and eventually coming to the realisation that it’s not so bad being on your own.

This is the second of 2 full live band recordings to be released this year, captured at Park Lane Studios in the Southside of Glasgow.

kitti uses a cool bossa nova style groove which feels relaxed and laid back. Harry Weir’s flute and saxophone arrangement also adds to the lazy, informal feel of the song - while the lyrics depict a person frustrated with what's happening in their relationship. With impressive solos and a chorus you aren’t going to get out of your head any time soon, this is sure to be one of kitti’s catchiest songs so far.
